Our foundational class designed to introduce you to Pilates the Core Studio way. You’ll learn proper alignment, breathing, and core engagement while moving at a steady, supportive pace. Ideal for beginners, those returning after a break, or anyone wanting to build a strong, confident Pilates foundation.
Cancellation Policy
All class purchases are non-refundable.
Clients may cancel a booked class up to 12 hours before the scheduled class time without penalty.
Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the class, as well as no-shows, will result in the class being forfeited.
All cancellations and booking changes must be made through our booking platform.
