A dynamic and energizing class for those familiar with Pilates fundamentals. Expect creative sequencing, increased resistance, and smoother transitions. Options are always offered, but the pace and intensity are higher, making this class perfect for building strength, endurance, and control.
Cancellation Policy
All class purchases are non-refundable.
Clients may cancel a booked class up to 12 hours before the scheduled class time without penalty.
Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the class, as well as no-shows, will result in the class being forfeited.
All cancellations and booking changes must be made through our booking platform.
