Strength & Stretch

A structured class designed to support muscle growth while maintaining mobility. Each session focuses on two main muscle groups, repeating key exercises and gradually increasing resistance through progressive overload to build strength effectively. The class is balanced with purposeful stretching to support recovery, flexibility, and long-term performance.

Cancellation Policy

All class purchases are non-refundable.

Clients may cancel a booked class up to 12 hours before the scheduled class time without penalty.

Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the class, as well as no-shows, will result in the class being forfeited.

All cancellations and booking changes must be made through our booking platform.
